Reminiscing about Flagstaff in an earlier post, I remembered a dish called Wild Prince in an Evil Jungle, which I used to eat at a former Flagstaff restaurant called Little Thai Kitchen. I decided to look for a recipe, which I found. I haven’t tried cooking this, but the ingredients sound like those I tasted in the Little Thai Kitchen
